İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi (İTÜ), Meteoroloji Mühendisliği Bölümü tarafından birincisi 23-25 Mart 1985 tarihleri arasında Ulusal Meteoroloji Kongresi adıyla düzenlenmiş olan; atmosfer bilimleri ve meteorolojiyle ilişkili tüm konulara açık Atmosfer Bilimleri Sempozyumu’nun 11.si; 23-25 Ekim 2024 tarihlerinde 11th International Symposium on Atmospheric Sciences – ATMOS’24 adıyla, “Sürdürülebilir Gelecek için Hava, İklim, Su” ana temasıyla İTÜ ev sahipliğinde düzenlenecektir. Sempozyumun konu başlıkları multidisipliner bir platform oluşturacak şekilde, atmosfer bilimleri ve meteoroloji ile ilgili tüm konuları kapsamaktadır.
ATMOS’24’de sunulan tam metinler sempozyum e-bildiriler kitabında, seçilen tam metinler ise İTÜ Atmosfer ve İklim Dergisi’nde (ATİK) yayınlanacaktır.
Özet bildiri son gönderim tarihi 1 Haziran 2024 olarak belirlenmiştir.
Geleneksel olarak her iki yılda bir yapılan ve ülkemizde alanındaki tek sempozyum olan ATMOS’24 sempozyumuna bildirili ya da bildirisiz katılımınız bizleri onurlandıracaktır.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the “11th International Symposium on Atmospheric Sciences – ATMOS'24”. The Symposium will be held on-site from 23 to 25 October 2024 in Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul. The main theme of ATMOS’24 is “Weather, Climate and Water for a Sustainable Future”, and the Symposium will cover all topics related to atmospheric sciences and meteorology, creating a multidisciplinary platform.
All presented full manuscripts will be published in the Symposium e-proceedings book. Following the Symposium, selected full manuscripts will be submitted to a scientific selection process and will be published in a national peer-reviewed journal (ITU Journal of Atmosphere and Climate).
The abstract submission deadline for the symposium is June 1st, 2024.
